Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

7:00am BLOCK SPONSORS AND EARLY FOOD VENDORS arrive to set up on street first

Food vendors are represented as green boxes on the site maps.

8:00am GROUP A ARTISTS arrive to set-up.
Group A artists are represented as blue boxes on the site maps.

9:30am GROUP B ARTIST arrive to set-up
Group B artists are represented as sage green boxes on the map

10:30am Late arrival assignments such as east end-cap vendors and sponsors

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

• Hawaii Fluid Art is assigned to Block 5 but in an atypical arrival plan and location. They are assigned to the south intersection of 6th Avenue - just south of Magnolia outside of Avoca Coffee. If you happen to see this artist arriving to Block 5 setting up in the south intersection this is okay, they have a unique assignment and are approved to set up outside of the traditional plan.

• There sponsor for this block is Camp Fire First Texas and they will have a 10'x20' booth on the WEST ENDCAP that will be pre-set for their arrival. Camp Fire is asked to arrive at 7:00am for load in to avoid the traffic however regardless of what time they arrive, Camp Fire is guaranteed this space.
  

• NOT ON YOUR BLOCK but just east of you on Block 6, two food vendors (Yonsei food pushcart and Mama Lama food truck) will be arriving through the south along S. Lake Street and setting up south of Magnolia on the street. This will have no effect on your arrival and will not come into contact with you - however you might be able to see this happening and if so, it's approved.

• Avoca Coffee, located on Block 5, will be hosting an indoor/outdoor artist market and local music showcase as an official ArtsGoggle Venue. Their vendors will park behind their building and load in by walking their items to parking lot. If you see this happen, it is approved.
