ANNOUNCING THE 2026 ArtsGoggle FEATURED ARTIST - CASEY KLEEB!
Some artists create beautiful work. Others help create the community that makes art possible. Casey Kleeb has done both.
The Near Southside is proud to recognize Casey as the 2026 ArtsGoggle Featured Artist.
For years, Casey has been a familiar face in the neighborhood—not only through her artwork, but through her unwavering support of fellow artists, local businesses, and community events. Whether participating in Third Thursday, exhibiting her work in local small businesses, or simply showing up to celebrate the creative spirit of the Near Southside, Casey has become an integral part of what makes this community so special. You might recognize her from her now-famous ‘KC’s Face-o-matic’ mobile portrait studio. Peering through a tiny window seated across from you, she allows you to pick a color, mood, and the level abstractness for your custom portrait. Then, just like a Polaroid photo, a custom artwork appears through a tiny slot featuring your face in all its whimsy. Or, you may have spotted her mural at The Holly Natural Wine Bar.
ArtsGoggle is a celebration of creativity and connection, and Casey embodies both. Her talent, generosity, and dedication to the arts have helped strengthen the vibrant culture that defines the Near Southside. Her illustrations always make us smile, and our team has loved watching other community members connect with Casey’s artwork over the years.
As we shine a spotlight on Casey Kleeb as our 2026 ArtsGoggle Featured Artist, we look forward to sharing her work and story with the community this fall.
