SET-UP TIMES

Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

7:00am BLOCK SPONSORS AND EARLY FOOD VENDORS arrive to set up on street first
Sponsors tents are represented as yellow boxes on the site maps.
Food vendors are represented as green boxes on the site maps.

8:00am GROUP A ARTISTS arrive to set-up.
Group A artists are represented as blue boxes on the site maps.

9:30am GROUP B ARTIST arrive to set-up
Group B artists are represented as sage green boxes on the map

10:30am Late arrival assignments such as east end-cap vendors and sponsors

MAPS ARE 'UPSIDE DOWN'

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

• You will arrive from the north (as noted on the map) but also please note that you depart the block to the south (see the map) which allows you to go through the Fairmount neighborhood to park at the Magnolia Arts medical center parking LOT (parking in the LOT not the garage)
  

• Fort Worth Locals is the block sponsor for your block. They will take the first 10'x20' on the WEST ENDCAP spot in Group A south-facing artists and are assigned to arrive at 7:00am. Regardless of what time Fort Worth Locals arrives, they are entitled to this space.
  

• ON BLOCK 2 - NOT YOUR BLOCK but the block just west of you - The last tent to arrive to the GROUP A south side of the block will be Sunrise Scones, a food vendor who arrives LATE AT 10:30AM last and takes the final tent in Group A artists HOWEVER they are also being offered the opportunity to set up in the 7th Avenue intersection (your departure route) if they wish to arrive very late (after 11:00am) so if you see a food vendor setting up in the intersection of 7th Avenue south of Magnolia, that is okay.
  
  

• ON BLOCK 4 - NOT YOUR BLOCK but the block just east of you - Sweet Lucy's is a food vendor that will arrive from the south through the Fairmount neighborhood and setting up in the south intersection of Fairmount Avenue. This will not effect your block arrival in any way but in case you see this happening it feels fair to let you know. Leo's Churros is a food truck that will set up in the Lockwood Distilling parking lot. They will also arrive from the south.
  

• Empire Toffee is to be the final tent to set up in Group B (north facing tents) on the EAST ENDCAP of the block. Their 10:30am arrival should allow them to claim the final spot easily but regardless of what time they arrive, they are entitled to this 10'x10' space as an official food vendor.
  
  
  

• We have been notified that Gusto's Burger Bar is planning to have outdoor music. We have requested that they please be thoughtful about their volume control and they have explained that they are hosting solo artists and not full bands. If at any point the music of this venue becomes problematic please make sure to contact the management at Gusto's and ask for music coordinate Sauntymia Robinson. Musician arrival map for Artisty Soul Collective musicians is attached.
