SET-UP TIMES

Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

7:00am BLOCK SPONSORS AND EARLY FOOD VENDORS arrive to set up on street first

8:00am GROUP A ARTISTS arrive to set-up.
Group A artists are represented as blue boxes on the site maps.

9:30am GROUP B ARTIST arrive to set-up
Group B artists are represented as sage green boxes on the map

11:30am Late arrival assignments such as east end-cap food vendors noted as bright green

MAPS ARE 'UPSIDE DOWN'

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

Your block is a fairly straight-forward artist block with only a few small exceptions. 

PLEASE ARRIVE VIA OAK GROVE.

ARTIST G&L WOODWORKING DESIGNS will arrive EARLY sometime at 7:30am to set up as the FIRST ARTIST in Group A arrivals. See site map.

WE HAVE COMBINED BLOCKS 20 & 21 FOR A SMOOTH ENTRY ON OAK GROVE, except for food vendors who are directed to arrive via S. Main Street for the ease of their larger trucks and trailers.

THIS PREVENTS YOU BECOMING TANGLED IN THE PARKING QUEUE THAT IS SURE TO FORM ON SOUTH MAIN STREET as all cars from blocks 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20/21 are due to park in the JPS Parking Garage located on your block. The great news is that your artist parking is VERY CLOSE to where you arrive and set-up so you'll be close if you need to pop by into your car throughout the event. Please read more about 

THE IS THE FINAL BLOCK OF ARTSGOGGLE Three food vendors - Boardwalk Bites (11:00am), What To Fry (11:00am via parking lot arrival), and Dub's Delights (11:00am) - will arrive after all artists have loaded in to create an 'endcap Block 20/ 21 Food Court' area which helps to mask the barricades at S. Main Street and will create a strong sense of draw to the final block of the festival. Please make sure ALL ARTISTS ARRIVE ON TIME FOR THEIR SET-UP to ensure you do not arrive after food vendors are in place, because at that time set-up will be complete and your tent will not have room. FOOD VENDORS, please work with your block captains to complete the arrangement of the food court as shown on the maps.
 

PARKING INFORMATION

THERE ARE TWO PARKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU:

• Option #1 - The small parking lot behind the Moncrief Cancer Institute will have parking for the first artists who load in. This parking is offered first-come, first-served. ONCE THIS LOT FILLS WE NEED ALL CARS TO PARK IN OPTION #1
   
• Option #2 - JPS Hospital has just completed construction on a significant new public parking garage fronting Magnolia Avenue. The address for this garage is 175 W. Magnolia Avenue and has more than 2,400 parking spaces. The garage is ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY THE ENTRANCE ON S. MAIN STREET just a few blocks from your tent but you will need to RETURN TO ROSEDALE, DRIVING EAST TO SOUTH MAIN STREET, AND ACCESSING THE GARAGE ENTRANCE OFF OF S. MAIN STREET. 
  
   The garage itself is actually located on your artist block and will provide shade all day long. The garage costs $5.00 per day to park in. We will be providing ONE parking validation pass to each artist during breakdown - but only one pass. If you somehow miss your parking pass, lose it, or need more than one parking is affordable at only $5.00 per pass. Your BREAKDOWN Block Captains (Woody Wood and team) will have your passes and will distribute them to you during breakdown. If you need to leave the garage before breakdown, you'll need to pay the $5.00 fee to leave the garage. 
  
   
• Entry to Main Parking Garage at 175 W. Magnolia is located on S. Main Street.
   
• Do not use the St. Louis Avenue entry to Main Garage as this is a Staff only entrance and requires badge access
   
• No trailers allowed in the garage
   
• Parking Voucher allows one free exit per vehicle
   
• Lost tickets, early exit before passes are distributed, or parking for additional cars will require $5.00 cashless payment upon exit
