SET-UP TIMES

Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

7:00am BLOCK SPONSORS AND EARLY FOOD VENDORS arrive to set up on street first
Sponsors tents are represented as yellow boxes on the site maps.
Food vendors are represented as green boxes on the site maps.


8:00am GROUP A ARTISTS arrive to set-up.
Group A artists are represented as blue boxes on the site maps.


9:30am GROUP B ARTIST arrive to set-up
Group B artists are represented as sage green boxes on the map


10:30am Late arrival assignments such as east end-cap vendors and sponsors

Food Vendors in Food Court have a staggered arrival time, and can begin arriving as early as 7:00am and arrive as late as 11:00am depending on their assigned time. See maps for these specific details.

MAPS ARE 'UPSIDE DOWN'

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

• BLOCK SPONSOR RYAN HOUSE CANDLES will arrive first at 7:00am to a pre-set 10'x10' rented tent on the WEST ENDCAP of Group A south-facing artists. As the official sponsor of this block, they are guaranteed this endcap regardless of what time they arrive but it is appreciated and encouraged to arrive early and load into your rented booth prior to artist arrivals beginning at 8:00am.

• BLOCK PARTNER TOPO CHICO will arrive at 9:00am ahead of all other Group B artists to claim their guaranteed WEST ENDCAP 10'x10' space. They will be bringing their own tent and supplies. Regardless of their arrival time, Topo Chico is an official Block Partner of Block 11 and is guaranteed the endcap space as shown on the map.
  
  
  
• SOUTH INTERSECTION OF COLLEGE AVENUE - Winter's Snow will arrive at their own schedule, pulling into place prior to 11:00am to take their spot on College Avenue just south of Magnolia.
  

• SOUTH ALSTON ARRIVAL FOR FOOD VENDORS INSIDE SMALL WELLMED FOOD COURT - They will arrive from the south via the Fairmount neighborhood coming in from Hemphill heading south, turning right onto Morphy, and then taking another right onto Alston Avenue to pulling into the back side of the WellMed parking lot area just before Magnolia Avenue.   • Spice will arrive at 9:30am setting up a tent.
  • Flat Top will arrive as a food trailer at 9:30am (EARLIER ARRIVAL - as early as 7:00am - IS ACTUALLY BETTER IF YOU CAN
  • Salsa Limon arriving at 10:30am
  • Frio's Gourmet Pops arriving as the final food vendor in this area at 11:00am
    
    

• ASSIGNED TO BLOCK 12 BUT VISIBLE FROM BLOCK 11 - SOUTH ALSTON ARRIVAL FOR TURKJERK AND WESTERO foo vendors - These two food vendors will set up in the south intersection of Alston Avenue, just south of Magnolia Avenue. To avoid conflicts with the artist traffic they too (like the food vendors shown above) will enter through the Fairmount neighborhood arriving via Hemphill heading south, turning right onto Morphy, and then taking another right onto Alston Avenue and putting their tent into place. BOTH OF THESE VENDORS MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 11:00AM. The city of Fort Worth hard barricade will be blocks on Alston Avenue behind their tents at noon. No car access will be allowed after this.
