Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

ALSO THIS BLOCK HOSTS A FOOD COURT WHICH WILL COMPLICATE ARRIVAL DUE TO LARGE FOOD TRUCKS AND TRAILERS ARRIVING - THEY HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED AN EXTRA EARLY ARRIVAL TO HELP COMPENSATE FOR THE FLOW

7:00am FOOD COURT are invited and encouraged to arrive extra early to set-up and get out of the way of the crush of artist traffic that will begin at 7:30am when Blocks 9 and 10 begin loading in on College Avenue. If you CAN arrive extra early, please do. It'll help you and us have a smoother arrival.

MAPS ARE 'UPSIDE DOWN'

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

• SPONSOR FOR THIS BLOCK IS 2025 ARTSGOGGLE PRESENTING SPONSOR FROST Frost will have a pre-set 10'x20' sponsor tent waiting and ready for them on the WEST ENDCAP at Washington Avenue in the middle of Magnolia Avenue. Frost is asked to arrive no later than 7:00am to begin the load in of all supplies for their sponsor presence. However, regardless of whatever time Frost and their partners arrive, this west endcap is guaranteed to be the location for their activation at ArtsGoggle.

• Squoze is a food vendor that is assigned a late Group B arrival time of 10:30am so that they can arrive last and claim the EAST ENDCAP of the Group B artist arrivals. As an official food vendor of the festival they are guaranteed this endcap.
  
  
  
• SOUTH INTERSECTION OF WASHINGTON AVENUE - EARLY ARRIVAL COMING FROM THE SOUTH THROUGH FAIRMOUNT NEIGHBORHOOD - Ruby Bellows Tintype is an artist who will arrive as early as 7:00am, coming from the south, and set-up in the intersection of Washington Avenue, just south of the street, and setting up outside of the traditional artist arrangement. • NORTH INTERSECTION OF WASHINGTON AVENUE - LATE ARRIVAL Also technically assigned to Block 10 they there is an artist arrival on Washington Avenue using your same arrival path. Artists Angela and David Walker will be arriving intentionally late to take a spot in the north intersection of Washington Avenue, also setting up outside of the traditional artist arrangement. They will have their own generator and will be setting up to teach woodturning and hosting craft making classes at their 10'x20' tent in the intersection just north of Magnolia. They are assigned an 11:00am arrival time and know that they cannot set up until the Block Captain of block 9 has confirmed that all artists have arrived to block 9. This artist will also depart early, leaving at 9:00pm to pack up so that they are out of the way for when the show closes at 10:00pm and artist cars must use Washington Avenue to return to the street. Angela and David, we recommend that if possible you attempt to arrive via College Avenue and then just one block north of Magnolia please detour on the tiny little alleyway street called Oleander Walk and cut through to Washington Avenue (this section is not closed by the fire construction - it is just very tight since it is a single-land alley) so that you can arrive to Washington Avenue for your set-up where you can leave your cars behind your activation area on Washington Avenue.
  
  

• BLOCK 10 FOOD COURT VENDOR ARRIVALS ON WASHINGTON AVE - We will assign these food vendors a staggered arrival to help ensure we do not have a crush of food vendor arrivals at the same time getting tangled in the artist cars arriving and leaving from Magnolia using College Avenue. See the map for arrival times for each individual vendor please
  
  

• SOUTH INTERSECTION OF COLLEGE AVENUE - Winter's Snow will arrive at their own schedule, pulling into place prior to 11:00am to take their spot on College Avenue just south of Magnolia.
