APPLY FOR BOOKING CONSIDERATION

We've made this extra easy for musicians.

WHEN MUSIC BOOKING DOES OPEN....THIS IS HOW IT WILL WORK:

To avoid creating a mess of double-work for musicians, ArtsGoggle will utilize some existing tools in our toolbelt for 2025 ArtsGoggle music booking.

The same music database that is currently being used by Lost 'N Sound will allow musicians wishing to perform at Lost 'N Sound and ArtsGoggle to apply using a single application. Using the Lost 'N Sound music booking application, musicians will create a profile complete with their music links, bio, photos, video links, and fee requirements. This application gives musicians a place to share their availability and preference for playing any of the Near Southside community events where music will be booked for the 2025 year.

All musicians wishing to be considered for either the 2025 ArtsGoggle (October 11) or 2025 season of Lost 'N Sound (March 8 and November 15) should complete the Lost 'N Sound booking application.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

ARTSGOGGLE MAIN STAGE ON MAGNOLIA will be booked by ArtsGoggle management. In addition to relying on relationships with talent scouts and booking agents, ArtsGoggle management will reference the music database when booking.

ARTSGOGGLE VENUES ON MAGNOLIA sometimes also host music. The Boiled Owl, The Chat Room, Maggies R&R are all great examples of venues that often produce music on ArtsGoggle day. These venues owners are also invited to use the music database to book music for ArtsGoggle day.

AS MUSICIANS ARE BOOKED the music database will allow venues to share their plans with other venues. This helps to ensure that musicians who have already been secured to perform are not bombarded with other requests for the same day.
