SET-UP TIMES

Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

ARRIVAL GROUPS

7:00am BLOCK SPONSORS AND EARLY FOOD VENDORS arrive to set up on street first
Sponsors tents are represented as yellow boxes on the site maps.
Food vendors are represented as green boxes on the site maps.

8:00am GROUP A ARTISTS arrive to set-up.
Group A artists are represented as blue boxes on the site maps.

9:30am GROUP B ARTIST arrive to set-up
Group B artists are represented as sage green boxes on the map

10:30am Late arrival assignments such as east end-cap vendors and sponsors

MAPS ARE 'UPSIDE DOWN'

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

THERE IS A SPECIFIC MAP FOR THE FOOD VENDOR ON THIS BLOCK

Fort Worth Cookie Gal, Aubrey's and Leo's Churros are food vendors assigned to Block 4 will set up in a unique location arriving from the south through the Fairmount neighborhood and setting up in the south intersection of Fairmount Avenue (Fort Worth Cookie Gal) and in the Vicela Parking Lot (Leo's Churros and Aubrey's Tacos). This is also the map that musicians who are playing at Vicela will use to arrive for their performance. 

This will not effect your block arrival in any way but in case you see this happening it feels fair to let you know.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

• Fort Worth Focused is the BLOCK SPONSOR and they have opted to forgo a formal sponsor tent. 
   
• Block 4 has two TABLING PARTNERS, who are event partners that have paid a premium for the corner spot for promotional purposes and as such are GUARANTEED THE WEST ENDCAP SPACES:
   
  • GROUP A TABLING PARTNER is The United Way Tarrant County. They have rented a tent that will be pre-set and waiting for their arrival as the first 10'x10' on the WEST ENDCAP spot in Group A south-facing artists and are assigned to arrive at 7:00am. Regardless of what time The United Way of Tarrant County arrives, they are entitled to this space.
     
  • GROUP B TABLING PARTNER is the Texas Commission on the Arts (an ArtsGoggle funding partner) represented by State Senator Taylor Rehmet's office who will be sharing information regarding state programs on the arts. They have rented a tent that will be pre-set and waiting for their arrival as the first 10'x10' on the WEST ENDCAP spot in Group B north-facing artists and are assigned to arrive at 9:00am. 
     
• See the notes above about Fort Worth Cookie Gal arriving from the south and setting up in the intersection of Fairmount south of Magnolia Avenue. Fort Worth Cookie Gal is a food vendor assigned to Block 4 and will set up in a unique location arriving from the south through the Fairmount neighborhood and setting up in the south intersection of Fairmount Avenue. This will not effect your block arrival in any way but in case you see this happening it feels fair to let you know.
   
• Leo's Churros is a food truck that will set up in the Vicela parking lot. They will also arrive from the south on Fairmount to pull into the parking lot.
   
• Aubrey's Tacos is a tented food vendor that will set up in the Vicela parking lot. They will also arrive from the south on Fairmount to pull into the parking lot.
   
• Vicela will have a small stage with music in their parking lot. The musicians playing this stage will also arrive from the south on Fairmount Avenue but should note that they cannot bring their cars near the parking lot. They will need to park within the neighborhood and walk to the .
   
• Soul Teal is a food vendor that will be arriving late at 10:30am and will be taking the final booth space on the EAST ENDCAP of Group B artists. They are assigned an arrival time of 10:30am however regardless of what time they arrive, they are entitled to this final space.
   
• NOT ON THIS BLOCK but assigned to Block 5 is an artist called Hawaii Fluid Art and they are assigned to the south intersection of 6th Avenue - just south of Magnolia outside of Avoca Coffee. If you happen to see this artist arriving to Block 5 setting up in the south intersection this is okay, they have a unique assignment and are approved to set up outside of the traditional plan.
