SET-UP TIMES

Because of the high volume of car traffic set up will entail, we will be staggering the ARTIST ARRIVAL TIMES in two groups. Please understand that despite your arrival time or your arrival order SPONSOR AND FOOD TENTS have a guarantee to the endcaps they are promised and as they are shown on the map. That means that if a sponsor tent is a bit behind in setting up they will still have the ability to set up on the ends. Please refer to your maps accordingly.

Food vendors are represented as green boxes on the site maps.

Sponsor tent will be pre-set allowing the sponsor to arrive anytime they wish for this block!

7:00am MORGAN MERCANTILE arrive to set up on street first - See map


8:00am GROUP A ARTISTS arrive to set-up.
Group A artists are represented as blue boxes on the site maps.



9:30am GROUP B ARTIST arrive to set-up
Group B artists are represented as sage green boxes on the map


10:30am Late arrival assignments such as east end-cap vendors and sponsors including City Cave - an official ArtsGoggle partner who will arrive late and set up last.

MAPS ARE 'UPSIDE DOWN'

You will enter from Rosedale, driving south towards Magnolia Avenue

The maps are oriented the way your car will be oriented.

All the maps have south at the top of the page and north at the bottom of the page.

This may feel odd to look at now but when you are driving you will be looking at the map in the very same direction you are pointed in your car. The example maps that we will share here explain how to arrive and what the street will look like to you AS YOU ARRIVE. The maps are facing the same direction (facing south) that your car will be facing (facing south) as you arrive. This is similar to the way that your Apple Map or Google Map will automatically orient itself as you drive, these maps are intentionally oriented to your driving view.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE FOR YOUR BLOCK

• MORGAN MERCANTILE is an official partner of ArtsGoggle and in thanks for their support as this year's ArtsGoggle volunteer bag printer they are entitled to early set-up at the next two tents in Group A. This means that the first two tents of Block 12 Group A are already prescribed as for Morgan Mercantile.

• CITY CAVE NEAR SOUTHSIDE is an official partner of ArtsGoggle. They are assigned to arrive very late - after 10:30am and before 11:30am - for a very late arrival to take the final 10'x10' booth space in Group B north-facing artists. Regardless of what time they arrive, they are entitled to the endcap space HOWEVER City Cave team please be aware that at 11:30am the City of Fort Worth will blockade Lipscomb for the purposes of crowd protection and any arrival after this time will mean you cannot bring your car onto the street and must walk all supplies to your assigned booth space.
  
  
  

• SOUTH ALSTON ARRIVAL FOR WESTERO AND TURKJERK FOOD VENDORS represented by TRIMBLE TECH HIGH SCHOOL BAND STUDENTS - These two food vendors will set up in the south intersection of Alston Avenue, just south of Magnolia Avenue. To avoid conflicts with the artist traffic they too (like the food vendors shown above) will enter through the Fairmount neighborhood arriving via Hemphill heading south, turning right onto Morphy, and then taking another right onto Alston Avenue and putting their tent into place. BOTH OF THESE VENDORS MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 11:00AM. The city of Fort Worth hard barricade will be blocks on Alston Avenue behind their tents at noon. No car access will be allowed after this. These arrivals will have NO IMPACT on artist arrivals as they are south of all the action.

• TECHNICALLY ASSIGNED TO BLOCK 13 BUT IT WILL BE IN YOUR ORBIT - SOUTH LIPSCOMB ARRIVAL FOR FOOD VENDOR OL' FASHIONED LEMON SHAKERS This vendor will arrive via the south through the Fairmount neighborhood and take their place on Lipscomb Street just south of Magnolia Avenue. This will have NO IMPACT on artist arrivals as they are south of all the action.

• TECHNICALLY ASSIGNED TO BLOCK 11 BUT IT WILL BE IN YOUR ORBIT - SOUTH ALSTON ARRIVAL FOR FOOD VENDORS INSIDE SMALL WELLMED FOOD COURT - They will arrive from the south via the Fairmount neighborhood coming in from Hemphill heading south, turning right onto Morphy, and then taking another right onto Alston Avenue to pulling into the back side of the WellMed parking lot area just before Magnolia Avenue.   • Spice will arrive at 9:30am setting up a tent.
  • Flat Top will arrive as a food trailer at 9:30am (EARLIER ARRIVAL - as early as 7:00am - IS ACTUALLY BETTER IF YOU CAN
  • Salsa Limon arriving at 10:30am
