MEET THE BIG BRAIN BEHIND MAGNOLIA MAKE BELIEVE: “Ms. Emily,” a lifelong Fort Worth resident and mother of three, earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas Wesleyan University and completed her Montessori certification in 2020.
In addition to years of hands-on classroom experience in Montessori learning environments, she also holds a Preschool Directorship License from the State of Texas, as well as her Master’s Degree in Education Administration.

“Ms Emily” has dreamt of creating an accessible early learning environment that blends meaningful education with authentic human connection.

The development of Near Southside Montessori is the culmination of that dream—a warm, welcoming space where all young children are encouraged to explore, create, grow, and belong.
